School Uniform

Our school uniform is made up of a blue sweatshirt or cardigan and a white or blue polo shirt (either plain or with a Westgate logo).  

These can be bought through a local Bury St Edmunds company by ordering online at: https://westgate.resuffolk.co.uk/

The supplier can also provide branded fleece jackets and waterproof jackets.

Please note that your order needs to be collected at the company (just off Eastgate Street) or it can be delivered to your home address for a fee.  Before the start of each new school year there will be a short window of time when you can place an order, postage free, to be collected from school on a designated date.

These items should be worn with plain black or grey trousers or a knee length skirt and black shoes or trainers.  In the summer, grey or black tailored shorts or blue and white checked summer dresses can be worn.

The branded school sweatshirts and polo shirts are NOT mandatory and all uniform (including blue sweatshirts) can be bought in major supermarkets and other retailers.

PE Kit

Indoor PE

Plain white or royal blue t-shirt or polo shirt, black shorts and plimsolls/trainers.  These can be bought in all major supermarkets and other retailers.   Children must not wear football kits for PE and shorts must be at least mid-thigh length.

Outdoor PE

Children will have some outdoor PE, and we recommend having some jogging bottoms and a hoodie or sweatshirt for cooler days.  These should be black if possible and can also be bought in major supermarkets and other retailers.

Bookbags and Baseball Hats

We hold a stock of bookbags and baseball caps at school and these can be purchased and paid for on our Arbor system.
